I understand the contract is for the academic year 2026/2027 and the deposit is only refundable once all payments are up to date.

Please note payment will be charged to your card up to 5 days prior to the below dates to ensure payment in time for check-in.

A booking deposit of €400.00 is required to secure your place.
This deposit is fully refundable on vacating at end of contract once all rent has been paid in full on all of the above payment dates.

The contract is for the academic year September 2026 until May 2027.
If you choose to leave our accommodation for any reason, or book a place and decide later that you will not be staying with us, your booking deposit or any rent paid will not be refunded.

Kinlay Hostel reserves the right of admission at all times.
Anti-social behavior is not tolerated & Kinlay reserves the right to ask guests to leave in this instance. This will result in the deposit being forfeited.

If for any reason you are absent from our accommodation for any period of time, the payments still need to be made in full on the above dates.

Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an email within 24 hours regarding availability.
Your place is not confirmed until a deposit has been paid.

Please note this accommodation is only for students registered in a local University, College or Educational Course.
